General Terms and Conditions of Use
Access to and navigation of this site are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the Privacy and Data Protection Policy provided by INTEGRAHEALTH, LDA., a limited liability company with VAT number 518246027 and social security number 25182460279, with a share capital of €500.00 (five hundred euros) and located at Rua José Augusto Pimenta, No. 27, 4th left, Alto do Seixalinho, 2830-086, Barreiro, Setubal district, hereinafter referred to as INTEGRAHEALTH.

Introduction
Sales made through the online store integrahealth.eu imply acceptance by the customer of the General Sales Conditions established in compliance with applicable electronic commerce legislation, as well as specific regulations, particularly regarding food and environmental quality and safety.

INTEGRAHEALTH, however, reserves the right to change these General Sales Conditions without prior notice, including corrections or adjustments to inaccuracies, through updates to this text.

INTEGRAHEALTH is not responsible for any facts resulting from the unavailability of the site, regardless of the duration, and also reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the site for technical reasons or to comply with legal obligations.

Concepts and Definitions
Customer – any natural person, aged 16 or over, who creates a customer account under the commitment that all information relating to their identification and other data necessary for the processing of their order is true, up-to-date, and complete. For all purposes, INTEGRAHEALTH considers a legal entity to be identified and individualized by the link between its business name, registered office, and corporate identification number provided when creating the customer account.

Cookie – a small file sent to the customer’s electronic device that is stored on it. When creating an account on the site, the customer’s device will store a cookie that will allow the customer to be automatically identified each time they visit the site.

Cookies are also used to allow the system to track the customer’s steps during a purchase session. If the customer does not accept the use of essential cookies, they will not be able to use this site.

Personal Data – information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”), which can be identified directly or indirectly by reference to an identifier (e.g., name, identification number, email address, IP, etc.).

Intellectual Property – all intellectual property rights to software and content available through this site are owned by INTEGRAHEALTH and are licensed and protected by laws and treaties worldwide.

All such rights are reserved to INTEGRAHEALTH and its suppliers.

The customer may store, print, or present the contents of this site only for personal use.

Publication, manipulation, distribution, or reproduction in any format of any content from this site is not permitted, nor is linking it to any business or company.

Customer Support Service – the service for handling, managing orders, and customer accounts of the online store provided under a service contract by INTEGRAHEALTH, LDA. for data processing.

Site – the internet site integrahealth.eu, owned and operated by INTEGRAHEALTH, LDA., for the promotion and sale of the products of that online store. The security and operation of the site and the processing of orders are ensured by INTEGRAHEALTH, LDA. The logistical organization of the sales is ensured by INTEGRAHEALTH, LDA. The financial management of operations is ensured by INTEGRAHEALTH, LDA.

The General Sales Conditions aim to regulate the terms of transactions between INTEGRAHEALTH and the Customer. The Privacy and Data Protection Policy, also published on this site, aims to identify privacy protection measures regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of natural persons’ data, including tools for personalized management of the personal data provided by customers.

INTEGRAHEALTH may modify prices without prior notice. Payments are always made in Euros, even when prices are presented in other currencies. Some banks may charge currency exchange fees. INTEGRAHEALTH is entirely unrelated to this fact and does not assume any responsibility for it.

Suggestions and Complaints

Customer feedback is very important to INTEGRAHEALTH as it allows for improvements in the services provided. Therefore, if for any reason customers are not satisfied with the services or with any of the goods purchased, or if they have any suggestions, INTEGRAHEALTH requests that any situation be reported within 14 days from the occurrence or receipt of the order by the recipient or by a third party designated by them.

If the customer has received a defective or damaged product, or if the received product is different from what the customer actually ordered, they must attach a video to their complaint or, as applicable, photographs clearly showing both the identified problem and the condition of the box in which the order was delivered.

The customer should also keep in their possession, until otherwise indicated by INTEGRAHEALTH, both the defective, damaged, or non-conforming product and the order box.

If, at the time of delivery, the exterior of the box is not in perfect condition, the customer should refuse the delivery, otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted.

Notice: If, as a result of the evaluation of the complaint made, a product return coupon is sent for a future order, that coupon must be used within the validity period indicated on it, otherwise, stock of the replacement product may be depleted.
